UGPF National Conference Held in Bikaner — Two Major National Models Submitted to NITI Aayog and the Prime Minister’s Office

A grand two-day “National Conference on Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah” was organized by the United Global Peace Foundation (UGPF) on 11–12 October 2025 at Laxmi Niwas Palace, Bikaner. The conference witnessed in-depth discussions on governance, sustainable development, rural employment, solar energy, ethical economy, youth skills, and global responsibility.

Bikaner. A grand two-day “National Conference on Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah” was organized by the United Global Peace Foundation (UGPF) on 11–12 October 2025 at Laxmi Niwas Palace, Bikaner. The conference witnessed in-depth discussions on governance, sustainable development, rural employment, solar energy, ethical economy, youth skills, and global responsibility.

“Ekatma Chetna Samman 2025” Presented to Meghraj Singh Royal

UGPF Chairman Meghraj Singh Royal was conferred with the “Ekatma Chetna Samman 2025” for his outstanding contributions toward rural empowerment, solar energy–based green economy model, and employment generation.

The honor was jointly presented by:

  • Prof. Shantishree Dhulipudi Pandit (Vice-Chancellor, JNU)
  • Padma Shri Dr. Agus Indra Udayana (Founder, Gandhi Ashram, Bali)
  • Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar (International Representative, United Consciousness)

In his address, Meghraj Singh Royal said —

“India’s journey toward self-reliance will pass through its villages. Solar energy, skill, and service-based rural models are the true path to the future.”

Two National Models by UGPF Sent to the Government

During the conference, UGPF presented two major national models, which were discussed in depth by policy experts, CSR heads, and senior administrative officials. It was unanimously decided that both models would be formally recommended to the NITI Aayog and the Prime Minister’s Office.

(UGPF Solar Empowerment & Rural Economy Project)

  • 1 MW solar energy generation on 4 acres + biodiversity park on 2 acres
  • Potential to create 4.5 million direct and indirect jobs

📍 Hospitality Se Hunar Model

(UGPF Skill, Apprenticeship & Global Employment Program)

  • Pilot project initiated with 100 youth participants
  • ₹10,000 monthly stipend with accommodation and meals
  • ₹5,40,000 lump-sum financial support after 12 months
  • MOUs signed with top 5-star hotels
  • Potential to generate $36 billion annual foreign income through overseas employment
